In Zambia, it is a law that all sugar has to have vitamin A added. This is because people drink a lot of sugar in their tea and such, and vitamin A helps prevent blindness.
I learned about that in my Nutrition class. Yay for vitamin A. Haha.
We just got back from SharpTop, too! What an amazing week. Most importantly, 16 kids from Pitt County came to Christ! Amen! I can't wait to tell you all about it.
